One of my favourite quotes is "luck is when preparation meets opportunity", and my professional life has been full of luck. While in school, I didn't know what I wanted to do (anyone else?), but travelling was, and continues to be a big part of my life, and I was really intrigued by working remotely. A little luck here and there post-graduation, and I've now been working remotely since finishing my undergrad. I ended up moving 2,587km away from my hometown of YEG, to my new home of YOW, with trips to a dozen or two other airport codes each year.
